Georgio Vocoder





Biography:

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Georgio Vocoder starts producing music in the mid eighties, involved in the new wave scene joining the Sandie Black Out. After releasing an EP and some concerts, mostly in art galleries, in 89 the band split up. Georgio moves to Detroit diggin' the techno scene. After one year, coming back to New York he starts producing a mixture of disco, electro and techno as Nylob. An artistic crisis took him to join the army for 4 years. At the end of 97, after a stunning gig in Boston where he plays electronic versions of the Sandie Black Out Tracks, he decides to compose music again.
