Biography:

Composer and bassist Maurizio Iorio is the fulcrum around which rotates Distorsonic's sound, backed up by drummer Fabrizio La Fauci. Their debut album, "Psychohaven", features writer/actress Vera Gemma's (Scarlet Diva) vocals. Maurizio Iorio has played and recorded with Italian cult musician Moltheni and has composed and recorded an instrumental track for the documentary "The Big Question", with Mel Gibson and Monica Bellucci. He is presently recording with DJ Andrea Lai a new album, "Not Me", which will be released in 2007.
